Registration

• Beverage Sponsorship – $250.00
  Sponsorship will cover water, sodas, Gatorade, ice beer and snacks stationed throughout the field. Company name will be displayed on the sponsor sheet.
• Closest to the Pin Sponsor – $50.00
  Prizes will be given only if sponsored or merchandise donations are received. Company name will be displayed on the sponsor sheet.
• Gift Bag Sponsor – $200.00
  Sponsorhship will cover gifts for each player given in good bags over and above other directions. Company name will be displayed on the sponsor sheet.
• Golf Individual – $100.00
  Single player (or use if less than four players, register each person individually)
• Golf Team Entry – $395.00
  4 Golfers, green fees, cart fees, box lunch and beverages
• Hole Sponsorship – $100.00
  Company name will proudly be displayed on the tee box and the sponsor sheet.
• Longest Drive Sponsor – $50.00
  Prizes will be given only if sponsored or merchandise donations are received. Company name will be displayed on the sponsor sheet.
• Mulligan – $5.00
  Mulligan allowed at 2 per player.
